Law360, London (May 26, 2021, 11:17 BST) – A professional body of lawyers in England and Wales has warned that new regulations governing cyber insurance for businesses could lead to coverage disputes between insurers in liability for complaints.
The Law Society said Tuesday it had “significant concerns” about proposed changes to professional liability insurance that have been proposed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
